An autopsy report for Stephen "tWitch" Boss claims the beloved DJ had zero drugs or alcohol in his system on the day he died.

According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Stephen was completely sober during the time leading up to his shocking suicide. In the report, investigators revealed they spoke to his wife, and there was no indication the 'Ellen' star had ANY issues that might lead to him taking his own life.

Shockingly, investigators noted that tWitch's wife -- Allison Holker -- told officers that "to her knowledge, (Stephen) does not have a history of suicide attempts or suicidal ideation." Also, he "does not have any mental health problems, does not have any financial issues or marital problems."

"On Tuesday, December 13th, 2022 at 11:10 hours, the hotel manager and housekeeping staff entered the room, as the decedent had not checked out. They discovered the decedent's possessions still in the room and subsequently found the decedent unresponsive in the shower with an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound," the report states.

Adding, "A white towel was around the decedent's shoulders," and his clothes and other belongings were found folded neatly in the motel room. It reads, "A table was located against the north wall of the room which held a backpack containing various notebooks and a laptop computer. The decedent's clothes were neatly folded and stacked on the table."

It should be noted, there was zero indication that tWitch was using drugs or alcohol prior to his death -- but many were awaiting the toxicology report to give any indication of what might have happened. Unfortunately, nothing found in the room -- or in his system -- points towards anything specific that explains his actions.

Initial media reports indicated that Stephen had left a suicide note, referencing his "past struggles."

The autopsy report confirms a note WAS found. But, doesn't detail any information of what is said.

As we reported, Allison emphasized to law enforcement how “out of character” his actions were, after leaving his home, so much so that officers considered listing it as a “critical missing persons” case. Holker reportedly ran frantically into an LAPD station, saying her husband had left home without his car, which is very unlike him.

Unfortunately, Boss was found inside the motel room deceased, with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

Allison addressed the tragic death on social media, saying, "Stephen lit up every room he stepped into. He valued family, friends, and community above all else, and leading with love and light was everything to him."

She continued, "He was the backbone of our family, the best husband and father, and an inspiration to his fans. To say he left a legacy would be an understatement, and his positive impact will continue to be felt. I am certain there won’t be a day that goes by that we won’t honor his memory."

Stephen rose to fame after starring in "So You Think You Can Dance,"  going on to join the long-running daytime talk show "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" as the show's resident DJ in 2014. He quickly became a beloved figure on the show, known for his incredible dance moves, and interactions with guests and audience members.
