Tax Day is fast approaching and Stephen Colbert lent a hand to some unsuspecting tax filers on Wednesday's The Late Show. Before putting on a costume and becoming his alter-ego, tax professional "Otto Sanchez," Colbert learned from a real tax professional. He asked his mentor if "the lifestyle" is what drew him to helping people with their taxes.
Stephen Colbert then went through the business of helping people with their taxes by offering them beer and an H&R Block branded block of cheese, accidentally burning and shredding their documents, and singing to them. Let's hope they got some actual help after Colbert was done causing problems.
