Conan O'Brien continued his celebration of San Diego Comic-Con by inviting the stars of Arrow, Supergirl, and The Flash on his show. Stephen Amell, Melissa Benoist, and Grant Gustin quickly gave Conan a lesson on the ins and out of being a superhero.

The easiest villain to defeat was that of the promo shoot pose. O’Brien explained, “Now, part of the gig is you guys have to strike a pose. I’ve seen this a lot in the commercials.” Each of the actors stared with smoldering eyes into the camera.

The biggest foe of the three actors was their respective superhero suits. Amell explained, “There are two seasons to being in a suit, right? There’s the absolutely hot, under-boob sweat season. Then there’s the sweat freezes because it’s cold out and you’re cold the entire night season. So there’s no in between.”

Hopefully they can team up in a new version of the Justice League to fight poor superhero suit design with their smoldering looks.

Conan airs weeknights at 11 p.m. on TBS.
