Do you want the good news first? Pittsburgh Steelers tackle Zach Banner returned to the practice field after missing two days with an illness.
The bad news is both defensive ends Cam Heyward and Isaiahh Loudermilk did not participate on Friday due to an illness, and Joe Haden and Isaiah Buggs have been ruled out.
During his interview after practice today, Montravius Adams mentioned how Cam Heyward took the defensive linemen off site to eat a meal and get some treatment together. Heyward and Isaiahh Loudermilk missed practice today with illnesses so it's something to keep an eye on.
