It’s Christmas in July, as STARZ has gifted fans with a first look into season two of Power Book IV: Force.

The timeliness of the unveiling aligns with the series’ lead character Tommy Egan (Joseph Sikora) being known to “cancel Christmas” if someone crosses him. The first look shows Egan’s new right hand, Diamond (Isaac Keys), his new competitors, and current enemies.

The preview into the new season spotlight Sikora, Keys, Kris D. Lofton as Jenard Sampson, Manuel Eduardo Ramirez as Miguel Garcia, Adrienne Walker as Shanti ‘Showstopper’ Page, and Tommy Flanagan as Walter Flynn. The rest of the ensemble cast include Lili Simmons as Claudia Flynn, Shane Harper as Vic Flynn, Carmela Zumbado as Mireya Garcia, Miriam A. Hyman as U.S. Attorney Stacy Marks, Anthony Fleming III as JP, and Lucien Cambric as D-Mac.

This new season has Egan fighting more problems with his newfound power as a turf war ensues. The fearless bad boy intends to avenge the death of his late business partner, Lilliana, while also marking his territory, banking on his competitors’ weaknesses, and making the ultimate move to become the sole distributor of Chicago’s drug market. Last season picked up where Power left off following the deaths of James “Ghost” St. Patrick and LaKeisha Grant—two of the most important people in Egan’s life.

Additionally, Force‘s second season may also reveal how the late Cooper Saxe reunited with Egan to share Tasha St. Patrick’s whereabouts, as seen in the final episodes of Power Book II: Ghost‘s latest season.

Season two of Power Book IV: Force premieres on Sept. 1 at 12 a.m. ET on the STARZ app.
