Wynbrook offers starter homes for families looking for a quiet neighborhood near all the conveniences of east Montgomery.

One home newly for sale on Sweet Meadow Drive is move-in ready. The house features a newer roof and HVAC system.

Construction in Wynbrook started in the mid-90s and continued into 2002, Realtor Ryan Beesley said.

“Wynbrook is a very settled and stable neighborhood featuring single family homes,” Beesley said. “Wynbrook is well maintained with a lot of families or first-time buyers. You often see residents walking or children riding their bikes in the neighborhood. Pride of ownership is evident in Wynbrook.”

Wynbrook is located several blocks north of Wares Ferry Road off North Burbank Drive. The location puts residents within five minutes of vibrant churches, public and private schools, plentiful shopping and dining, and both Faulkner University and Auburn University Montgomery.

“Wynbrook is tucked away and quiet with quick access to the Eastern bypass and I-85,” Beesley said. “Wynbrook is close to Atlanta Highway shopping and dining, but also provides easy access to downtown or east Montgomery.  Wynbrook is affordable, less than rent, and has nice-sized yards.”

“The home has fresh paint and a great updated kitchen,” Beesley said. “The design includes a large open great room with a fireplace.  The layout allows for lots of natural light. A covered patio looks out over a fenced backyard. The home is competitively priced for the market considering the newer operating systems. The mortgage payment is less than rent.”

The updated kitchen will ‘wow’ the cook. An open breakfast bar, beautiful backsplash, and new stone countertops will help inspire the chef. The large great room with a fireplace creates a great space for everyday living and entertaining.

“The previous family just moved to Alaska last week and have some neighborhood children mowing the grass for them for a small fee,” Beesley said. “The story reminded me of my childhood. Good neighbors!”

The home was built in 1994 and provides 1,390 square feet of living space. The terrain in Wynbrook is flat.
