Stars Remember ‘Brady Bunch’ Actress Florence Henderson: ‘She Was Like a Mother to Us All’
The news of Florence Henderson’s passing spread quickly throughout Hollywood.
Stars took to Twitter to express their grief over the loss of the beloved “Brady Bunch” mom, who died Thursday at the age of 82.
Henderson was best known for the ’70s family sitcom and its various spin-off series and specials, but stayed in the public eye, participating on “Dancing With the Stars” in 2010. She was even at Monday night’s “DWTS” finale cheering on her TV daughter Maureen McCormick, who competed this season.

Christopher Knight, who played youngest Brady son Bobby on “The Brady Bunch,” wrote on Facebook, “I grieve for the passing of my dear friend, Florence, I am privileged to have known her and the kindness of her heart. Her exuberance and charm were magical. She will be missed. Florence Henderson, Rest In Peace.”
Carrie Ann Inaba, who judged Florence on “DWTS” added, “She was like a mom to is [sic] all. I’m grateful I had the chance to get to know you these past few years.”
