“The Mandalorian” helped Disney+ hit the ground running, while December’s movie discussions are certain to be dominated by “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.” There’s even a new video game out, and it’s pretty fun. Simply put, 2019 has been particularly good for “Star Wars” fans of all stripes.

Of course, even Disney can only churn out so much “Star Wars” content at a time, and even the most diehard “Star Wars” fans can only repeatedly watch the adventures of Rey, Finn, and Baby Yoda so many times.

Although almost all of the “Star Wars” content (aside from the main films) created before 2014 was discontinued and taken out of the in-universe canon as part of a quasi-reboot of the franchise, that shouldn’t stop fans from enjoying the shows, games, or books of yesteryear.
