Taschen’s stunning coffee table book, “The Star Wars Archives 1999-2005,” only 10,000 of which were printed in the first edition run, should do the trick. The second volume covers the making of the prequel trilogy, which drove forward moviemaking with then nascent digital technology, and features interviews with Lucas and his collaborators, script pages, concept art, on-set photography, and storyboards.
