Star Trek Infinite Trailer Previews New Strategy Game, Reveal Date Set
During Summer Game Fest 2023, a new Star Trek strategy game was unveiled in a brief teaser.
The new trailer for the game doesn’t reveal much other than a few iconic Star Trek images, which include an Odyssey-class Federation starship and the Borg cube. The game is billed as a 4X strategy title, which is a sub-genre of strategy game and often includes a slower-paced style compared to real-time strategy equivalents.

In a brief post, developer Nimble Giant Entertainment said a full reveal for the game would come on June 16, 2023. The date is known as Picard Day due to its stardate being the equivalent of 47457.1 — mentioned in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode “The Pegasus.”
We've heard some questions and concerns from interested Captains already, so while we're holding onto most of our cards until the full reveal on Picard Day (next Friday, June 16th), we can tell you that Star Trek: Infinite is not a mobile game!
