‘Star Trek: Discovery,’ ‘Halo’ Among Paramount+ Lineup at CCXP Brazil

Paramount+ has revealed its lineup for Brazilian comic convention CCXP.

The streamer will host a panel on the event’s Thunder Stage on Dec. 2 hosted by Brazilian stars Hugo Gloss and Nicole Bahls. It will feature talent from “Halo” Season 2, including Pablo Schreiber who plays Master Chief in the show, Joseph Morgan, who plays James Ackerson, showrunner and executive producer David Wiener and executive producer Kiki Wolfkill.

The panel will also feature talent from the fifth and final season of “Star Trek: Discovery” including Sonequa Martin-Green who plays Captain Michael Burnham and co-showrunner and executive producer Michelle Paradise; “The Thundermans Return,” including Kira Kosarin who plays Phoebe Thunderman and Jack Griffo who plays Max Thunderman. In addition, participating talent from “Drag Race: Brazil” includes host Grag Queen and queens Aquarela, Betina Polaroid, Dallas de Vil, Diva More, Hellena Malditta, Melusine Sparkle, Miranda Lebrão, Naza, Organzza, Rubi Ocean, Shannon Skarllet and Tristan Soledade.

“Alongside exclusive, never-before-seen content and other surprises, fans can expect appearances by global and local Paramount+ stars and visit larger-than-life interactive activations on the expo floor,” Paramount+ said in a statement. These include themed events from the shows featured on the panel and from “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem,” “Anderson Spider Silva” and “Ex on the Beach.”

The 2022 edition of CCXP Brazil was hugely popular and guests included Keanu Reeves, “Avatar: The Way of Water” actor Zoe Saldana and producer Jon Landau, Marvel president Kevin Feige, Paul Rudd e Evangeline Lilly and from “Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania” and Pedro Pascal.

CCXP Brazil takes place at Sao Paulo Nov. 30-Dec. 3.
