Actor Kavin’s latest film, Star, is currently captivating audiences in theaters and continues to earn a significant amount at the box office. According to sacnilk, Star experienced a notable decline in box office earnings on its fourth screening day. On its opening day, Star earned around $335K, followed by a positive growth of 33.93% on the second day, amounting to $449K. However, maintaining the same momentum on the third day, it earned a similar amount as the second day. On Day 4, the collection showed a significant drop of -66.67%, amounting to around $149K. Nevertheless, the film has amassed an overall India’s net collection of $1.3 million to date. Additionally, the film earned around $1.5 million in worldwide collection.

Star saw the highest occupancy in night shows, followed by afternoon shows. Additionally, the Trichy region leads in occupancy rates, followed by Pondicherry. However, the Kochi region reported lower occupancy rates. Overall, the film recorded an occupancy rate of 22.26% in Tamil regions on May 13, 2024.
As Star continues its theatrical run, it remains to be seen how much the movie will collect by the end of its first week.
