Stand Up to Cancer: And the Fundraising Total (So Far) Is...

Here’s some happy news to start off your week: Stand Up to Cancer will announce today that their biennial telecast has raised $111 million in pledged donations so far, up from $109 million in 2014. The telecast, which was executive produced by Bradley Cooper and broadcast live from Los Angeles, was aired simultaneously on 60 networks and streaming services.

All of the money raised by the SU2C special will be go toward supporting “collaborative, translational cancer research” programs. (You can read more about where the money goes at the official website.)
