Stand-up comedians are coming to this Downtown Peoria space. Here's what to know
PEORIA – The Waterhouse, situated in the MAXAM Building in downtown, will begin hosting “COMEDY @ The Waterhouse” in late March.
The Waterhouse wants to "prove the concept that a venue featuring club touring ‘stand up’ comedians is something that is needed and will be embraced Downtown!”
Tickets are listed for $25 per person and can be ordered at https://waterhousepeoria.square.site/shop/online-entertainment-admissions/20.

Marc Rubben on March 22. The show will be opened by Greg Batton
Rocky LaPorte on April 12. Edgar Sandoval will be the show opener.
Jack Baker on April 26
Tim Cavanagh on May 10
Vince Carone on May 24

The Waterhouse is also hosting Central Illinois Dueling Pianos on April 5 and April 6. Tickets for the upcoming shows are listed at $25 per person. The Dueling Pianos shows are also scheduled for May 3 and May 4.
On Feb. 14, the MAXAM Building Facebook page noted that The Waterhouse space is available for lease. According to the post:
“The Waterhouse will continue operate this space as an entertainment venue showcasing Dueling Pianos, Stand Up Comedy, and other Shows until a great fit tenant for the MAXAM Building is found!!”
