The Mayor of Flavortown Guy Fieri is back to his old, chaotic tricks at the Stagecoach country music festival by smoking up some tasty treats with famous friends.

On Friday afternoon, Fieri was joined by Stagecoach performers Paul Cauthen and Jelly Roll for a wild cooking demo filled with tequila, dirty jokes and plenty of good times.

"Man, I am like a little kid in the candy store right now," Fieri exclaimed to the crowd gathered near the Craft Beer Barn. "This s--- is going off the hook."

Here are some of our favorite moments from the demonstration.

Fieri's meal was named in honor of his esteemed guest. The base of the aptly-named jelly roll consisted of flank steak that was butterfly cut and flattened.

"Do you ever beat your meat?" Fieri slyly asked Cauthen before handing him a meat tenderizer, which was met with laughs and cheers from the audience. Seeing how well Cauthen was tenderizing the meat, Jelly Roll joked Cauthen would be starting an OnlyFans account.

A lot was riding on this meal for Jelly Roll, who was set to take the Mane Stage about two hours later.

"I plan on partying today and watching Eric Church and Nickelback," he said. "This is the foundation upon which the party will be built."

The flank steak was later seasoned and topped with grilled pork sausage and vegetables. Placing the meat on top of a bed of bacon, Fieri wrapped it in the bacon, then grilled it and smoked it.

"That looks like a meat doobie," Fieri yelled. Cauthen was more impressed with Fieri's wrapping skills than anything else.

To finish up the jelly roll, the men fried onions and made some macaroni and cheese. The bacon-wrapped flank steak was sliced up and placed on a King's Hawaiian roll, then topped with the other ingredients.

"I can tell you on behalf of every fat person in the United States of America, and as a five-star slider connoisseur, this is the best slide I've ever had in my f------ life, Guy," Jelly Roll exclaimed. "This is the energy I need to put on the best show of my life."

Cauthen shared similar sentiment, adding "this slider took me to a whole new level."

Fieri told the singer "just wait until we do the cocaine country burger," referring to Cauthen's song "Cocaine Country Dancing."

Guy Fieri and Paul Cauthen prove tequila can be great fuel

Fieri and Cauthen were fueled by their love of tequila throughout the cooking demo.

Both of them took several shots of it, and even offered some to the crowd. Cauthen had such a good time that he would drink straight from the bottle, and then hand the rest over to the audience. Fieri would playfully yell at him for it, instruct him to pour shots for the crowd, and then Cauthen would mess up all over again. That was a "party foul," according to Fieri and Jelly Roll, and his punishment was to take another shot.

Jelly Roll admitted that he never drinks before a show — his Friday set was scheduled for 8:10 p.m. — but he said he was looking forward to partying afterward.

Once the bacon-wrapped concoction was finished, Fieri poured some tequila over it as the finishing touch.

"This is the best moment of my life," Cauthen said. "The tequila is starting to work."

Guy Fieri, Jelly Roll and Paul Cauthen win for funniest quotes

When the tequila flows, you can expect to hear some fun, unhinged and wild things from these three.

When Fieri was looking to play some upbeat, fun music during the cooking demo, someone suggested any song from The Notorious B.I.G. Almost instantly, Cauthen and Jelly Roll started singing "Sometimes your words just hypnotize me," from the late rapper's song "Hypnotize."

Cauthen was truly having the time of his life participating in the cooking event. So much so, he admitted that he's never fried onions before, but he was eager to learn as Fieri instructed him to get a nice, crispy coat on them.

Fieri also was full of zingers — all that tequila probably got him feeling silly.

"Rotisserie and moist are words that don't get used a lot," he claimed. Cauthen responded with, "I like rotisserie more," which many in the crowd also likely agreed with.

One of the funniest moments came when Fieri stepped in to help Cauthen roll the flank steak in bacon. Cauthen held the microphone for Fieri, and then for whatever reason, put the mic toward the meat, to which Fieri said, "it doesn't speak anymore." Cauthen then proceeded to make a mooing sound.

When the tequila really started to settle in, as Cauthen was ready to top the sliders with macaroni and cheese, he asked if Fieri needed "macaroni and cheese or cheese and macaroni." Fieri then jokingly asked him to separate the macaroni from the cheese, if possible.

Fieri saved the sweetest moment for last. He gifted Cauthen, Jelly Roll and his daughter, Bailee Ann, with knives, so they can make wild concoctions themselves at home.
