A popular bar in Clifton Heights is closing its doors.

The St. Clair, located at 245 Calhoun St., will close Saturday after 10 years of business.

"We want to thank our former and current staff for all they’ve done to make The St. Clair feel like home over the past 10 years," the bar wrote on its Facebook page Wednesday. "And of course, to our wonderful guests and regulars: you have all made this place what it is today which is something that fills us with great gratitude as we say goodbye."

The Facebook post did not say why the bar was closing, except that, "With our sister bar Keystone saying goodbye to Calhoun, we are doing the same."

Keystone’s Mac Shack, a macaroni and cheese restaurant owned by The St. Clair's parent company Four Entertainment Group, opened on Vine Street this summer after relocating from Calhoun Street.

Keystone Bar & Grill in Covington, also owned by 4EG, announced on social media this week it will close next month.
