Emily Deschanel Shares Behind-the-Scenes ‘Bones’ Photos
Skeleton hands, the gruesome remains of a dead body… you never know what you’re going to see on the set of Bones. Ahead of the Season 11 premiere tonight, series star Emily Deschanel took us behind the scenes to show us some of the creepy things she encounters on a daily basis. (Spoiler alert for the squeamish: Cadavers are definitely on the menu.)
In addition to a preview of some of the show’s gory upcoming scenes at the Jeffersonian, the actress gave us a peek inside a happier place: Her trailer, and the baby toy that’s in the room. “It’s a whole new thing, two kids,” Deschanel tells Yahoo TV of her return to the show after giving birth to her second son earlier this year. “It’s a whole new world, but a wonderful world.”
Deschanel also gives us a bit of a spoiler: Her TV hubby Seeley Booth (David Boreanaz) lands himself in the hospital in one of the first episodes of the season (check out her snap of his hospital bracelet), so expect an emotional two-part premiere episode. “I think that fans will not be disappointed. It’s very intense, and brings us back to — we come back with a bang, basically,” she says.
