Spurs celebrate birthdays of 99- and 100-year-old fans

Basketball fans come from all creeds and backgrounds.

But the NBA, in general, is a younger fan’s game. Just don’t tell that to Mercedes and Delia.

The two decided to celebrate their collective 199 years on the planet by taking in Thursday’s San Antonio Spurs matchup with the New York Knicks.

The Spurs responded in kind, celebrating the two for showing up decked out in San Antonio gear. We can only hope we’re up for taking in an NBA game at that age.
