Spring Break 2024: Frontier announces $19 sale for Trenton-Mercer Airport flights
Need a getaway at a discount for spring break? This week Frontier Airlines announced its $19 sale for flights out of Trenton-Mercer Airport.
Trenton-Mercer, which is expanding, has become a popular alternative for Bucks County travelers looking to avoid larger airports. Frontier is the only commercial airline to fly from the Ewing Township airport.
Frontier Airlines offers deep discount from Trenton-Mercer Airport; 50% off flights for spring break 2024 and beyond
Frontier Airlines has two deals for flyers with tight pockets.
Frontier is offering a steep discount for any domestic flight from Trenton-Mercer Airport, including to Atlanta, Charlotte, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, West Palm Beach, Fort Myers and Tampa.
Tickets to those locations start at just $19, but travelers need to act fast, as bookings must be made by midnight on Friday, Feb. 9.
This promotion applies to travel through Wednesday, June 19.
There are a few exceptions. The discount does not apply to travel to Florida from Sunday through Wednesday, and also does not apply to travel from Florida from Tuesday through Thursday.
Travelers should also be aware of the blackout dates in order to take advantage of the $19 airfare deal.
Those blackout dates are: March 1-4; March 7-11; March 14-18; March 21-25; March 28-31; April 1-2; April 4-7, April 15; April 18-21; and May 24-27.
A 14-day advance purchase is required, and round-trip ticket purchases are not required to take advantage of this deal.

Savvy travelers can also to take advantage of a separate Frontier Airlines deal that is offering up to 75% off of booked flights for "Discount Den" members. Non-members can get at a 50% discount.
Discount Den is Frontier Airline's membership. The $59.99 annual membership allows travels access to steeper discounts, allows kids to fly free on certain flights and allows members to book up to nine additional people through the one membership.

Flyers must book by Thursday, April 4, and fly by Friday, May 24 to take advantage of this deal. The deal is good for flights on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
When booking, flyers will need to enter the code "SPRING" in the code box.

Currently, Trenton-Mercer hosts just Frontier Airlines, which offers nonstop flights to Atlanta, Charlotte, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Raleigh, Tampa and West Palm Beach. More popular destinations such as Cancun, Mexico, can be reached via connecting flights.

Frontier Airlines also recently announced ten new destinations originating from Philadelphia International Airport.
These new destinations will become available in May: Chicago; Columbus, Oh.; Detroit; Indianapolis; Kansas City, Mo.; Minneapolis; Pensacola, Fl., Pittsburgh; and St. Louis.
