Spotify launches weather-triggered song releases

As the Northeast is preparing for the blizzard of the year, Spotify and The North Face are partnering together to bring new music to the public (and promote some new rain gear)…depending on the weather. Sounds crazy, right?

The Austin-bred White Denim’s newest track, “No Nee Ta Slode Aln,” is centered on rain, so people can only listen to it if they live in some part of the U.S. where it happens to be raining.
