It seems like very little wasn't touched by Hurricane Ian.

And not even a garage along Vanderbilt Beach Rd. in Naples was good enough to protect several pricey sports cars from the wrath of Ian.

In photos shared by Naples resident William Flowers with the Naples Daily News, you can see several scratches and dents in a silver and red sports car. The make and model of the cars was not known.

Flowers said he took the photos soon after it was safe to outside again after the storm.

"We made our way to the beach that day." Flowers said. "It wasn't easy. I took lots of pics that day. We were just in shock over what we saw. We haven't been back so I have no idea if the cars are still there."

Relief and recovery is ongoing in Naples. There is no telling how many expensive cars like these were damaged. Snowbirds will leave their cars behind when they return to their second homes so those returning here this winter will likely be bracing for the worst.
