The Spice Girls reunion we’ve been waiting for? The legendary girl group of the 1990s reunited over the weekend for member Victoria Beckham’s 50th birthday party.

In a video shared to Instagram by David Beckham, Victoria’s husband, all five of the original Spice Girls — Geri Halliwell, Mel B, Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton and Mel C — stood together while dancing to their 1997 hit song “Stop.”

“I mean come on,” the former soccer star captioned the post.

Victoria, known as Posh Spice during her run with the band, also shared a video of the impromptu performance, writing “Best night ever! Happy Birthday to me! I love you all so much!”

Mel B (Scary Spice) reshared the video on her own Instagram Story, where she added the hashtag #tourdatescomingsoon.

Halliwell (Ginger Spice) also posted for Victoria’s birthday, sharing a series of throwback photos of the two singers performing together, and a black-and-white shot from their audition for Tank Girl, the 1995 movie that brought several of the Spice Girls together for the first time.

“You’re amazing,” Halliwell wrote to her bandmate. “From our Tank girl [sic] audition over 30 years ago, and you’re still shining bright.”

The Spice Girls first formed 30 years ago in 1994, then skyrocketed to pop stardom before they went on hiatus around the turn of the century. In 2019, the group launched a U.K. reunion tour, but Victoria did not participate, saying she was too busy with her work as a fashion designer.

“I’ll always be a Spice Girl, and I’m so proud of everything I achieved,” she said at the time. “I’m proud of them. It’s going to be the best show.”

She added, “In spirit, I will absolutely be there.”
