SOW Plated will open SOW To Go restaurants in Franklinton, Short North later this year
SOW Plated, an Upper Arlington restaurant that bills its menu as "good-for-you food," shared plans Monday morning for two new carryout and delivery locations in Franklinton and the Short North.
SOW To Go will be part of two Kaufman Development projects that incorporate a focus on physical and mental health into their selection of commercial tenants and programming for residents. Gravity in Franklinton opened its second phase last year. Construction is expected to finish up this summer at Greenhouse in the Short North.
Sunny and John Fahlgren, who opened SOW Plated in July 2019 at 1625 W. Lane Ave., in Upper Arlington, said their restaurant's focus on the connection between food and mental health made it a good fit for Kaufman's developments.
"We know demand is there for well-sourced, healthy food that tastes good. And we knowpeople want it in a way that fits their lifestyle," Sunny Fahlgren said in a news release. "We’re excited to deliver both to even more people with SŌW To Go.”

SŌW To Go will serve some of the same dishes as SOW Plated, including breakfast items such as an acai bowl and market scramble, starters like its maple sweet chili cauliflower, and entrees such as a harvest salad and a Wagyu burger with smoked gouda and aioli.
The new locations also will sell books, apparel and other wellness-related merchandise.
The Gravity location in Franklinton is expected to open this spring in a 1,200-square-foot space along West Broad Street. It will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
SOW To Go will occupy 700 square feet at the Greenhouse development in the Short North. The owners said it should open later this year, but they didn't specify a date.
