“Southern Charm” star Thomas Ravenel is trying to get his ex Kathryn Dennis to authenticate alleged XXX photos she sent to her ex-boyfriend, who then turned around and gave them to Thomas.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Ravenel’s legal team has been trying to get Dennis to confirm that nude photos they have from their possession in their nasty custody battle are authentic. They claim she had sent nude photos to three separate men at the same time.
The alleged nude photos were sent by Dennis to other men. Ravenel was able to get the photos by a man named Ashley Pillar. Dennis dated Pillar for a short period following her breakup with Ravenel.
Dennis’ lawyers have refused to play the game and deny any alleged photos have any bearing on the custody battle. Ravenel’s lawyer admitted they obtained the photos from Pillar, who had been subpoenaed in the case.
Pillar allegedly told Ravenel’s lawyers he took the photos when she was at his home.
Ravenel also claims to have other evidence from the past three years that shows Dennis abusing prescription drugs after leaving rehab, abusing alcohol, engaging in “flagrant promiscuity and using drugs with multiple men after leaving rehab.”
He says he is “informed and believes that the Plaintiff left for California the Summer of 2016 to have a secretive abortion, and that Plaintiff’s subsequent stint in rehab was a ruse. This timeline of those events has direct bearing on Plaintiff’s motive for entering rehab and her lack of desire and intent to actually rehabilitate herself.”
He claims to have issues with Dennis not receiving treatment for her “sexual impulsivity.” Ravenel says he fears if left untreated she will continue to exercise “poor judgment in her personal life and put the minor children at risk.”
All this comes after the two were able to reunite for their daughter’s Kindergarten graduation, where they were able to stand next to each other amicably.
Back in November 2018, Ravenel filed a lawsuit against Bravo and “Southern Charm” producers demanding a judge stop them from broadcasting unaired footage on the show.
Ravenel filed the docs as part of his custody battle with Dennis. She filed for primary custody of the children back in October. Dennis had her custody taken away in 2016 after failing a drug test but was awarded joint custody this year after completing rehab and staying clean.
In his suit against Bravo, Ravenel says the network and “Southern Charm” producers “encouraged” his ex to file for custody against him to create drama on the show.
He demanded Dennis not be awarded primary custody despite her request. Ravenel, who is about to be on trial for an alleged sexual assault in South Carolina, claimed he learned that Bravo and producers have unaired footage of his kids and ex talking about the legal battle and it was to be aired on the upcoming season. The reality star sued demanding a South Carolina judge prohibit the sensitive footage from airing on the show.
Ravenel would later file docs accusing Dennis of buying drugs from friends and show producers and even accused her of committing a hit-and-run.
The case is ongoing.
