'Southern Charm' Star Kathryn Dennis Admits Violating Court Order By Letting Boyfriend Sleep Over With Kids

“Southern Charm” star Kathryn Dennis is admitting to the court she allowed her new boyfriend, Hunter Price, to spend the night while she had her kids, but says her ex Thomas Ravenel is guilty of doing the same thing.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Dennis was back in court fighting Ravenel for custody of her kids Kensie and Saint.

Dennis responded to recent accusations that she allowed her new boyfriend/musician Hunter Price to spend the night, in violation of the custody agreement with Ravenel.

Ravenel claimed the private investigator he hired to follow Dennis had observed Price spending the night.

In recently filed court documents, Dennis admits she violated the court order “by allowing Hunter Price to stay with me and the children during most of February and March of 2019.” She says she tried to hide it and “this was a really bad decision on my part, I apologize to the Court for my conduct. I have no excuse for this. I fell in love with Hunter after I met him at the end of last year, and allowing him to spend the night in February and March when I have had the children has turned out to be the worst decision that I have made in a long time.

Dennis continues, “Although it does not excuse my improper conduct, I’d like to at least point out (a) Hunter has been a good influence and support system for me during the stress of the case and has been supportive of me with my children; (b) He does not drink or do drugs; (c) When he did stay in the same home, he slept on the sofa; (d) Thomas has even told me that he likes Hunter (d)[sic] The children like Hunter and were not harmed in any way.”

She accuses Ravenel of allowing his own girlfriends to sleep over when he had the kids on many occasions.

Back in November 2018, Ravenel filed a lawsuit against Bravo and “Southern Charm” producers demanding a judge stop them from broadcasting unaired footage on the show.

Ravenel filed the docs as part of his custody battle with Dennis. She filed for primary custody of the children back in October. Dennis had her custody taken away in 2016 after failing a drug test but was awarded joint custody this year after completing rehab and staying clean.

In his suit against Bravo, Ravenel says the network and “Southern Charm” producers “encouraged” his ex to file for custody against him to create drama on the show.

He demanded Dennis not be awarded primary custody despite her request. Ravenel, who is about to be on trial for an alleged sexual assault in South Carolina, claimed he learned that Bravo and producers have unaired footage of his kids and ex talking about the legal battle and it was to be aired on the upcoming season. The reality star sued demanding a South Carolina judge prohibit the sensitive footage from airing on the show.

Ravenel would later file docs accusing Dennis of buying drugs from friends and show producers and even accused her of committing a hit-and-run

He recently accused Dennis of failing a recent drug test when it came back positive for marijuana. He is requesting the court to only allow Dennis to have supervised visitation with their two kids Kensie and Saint. Dennis has disputed the test and pointed out her hair test came back clean.

Dennis believes using CBD oil caused a positive test result.

A judge has yet to rule. He demanded sole custody of the two kids due to the test results.
