The End of Obesity, Paramount+’s seventh South Park event, will follow how the Colorado town is affected by the rising popularity of semaglutide-based weight-loss drugs like Ozempic, Mounjaro and Wegovy. “When Cartman is denied access to the life-changing medicine,” the official logline reads, “the kids jump into action.”

In the teaser trailer at the top of this post, a doctor tells Cartman and his mother, “It’s time for some drastic measures to bring down his weight.” Though his friends warn that the choice could be a dangerous one, Cartman is resolute: “Let’s do it.”

It was preceded by South Park: Post Covid, South Park: The Return of Covid, South Park: Post Covid: The Return of Covid, South Park: The Streaming Wars, South Park: The Streaming Wars Part 2, South Park: Joining the Panderverse and South Park: Not Suitable for Children.
