SOUTH BEND — The South Bend Chamber Singers present “Christmas at Loretto” at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 17 at the Church of Loretto on the Saint Mary’s College campus.

The program features four works by Seattle-based American composer Jessica French, one of which is a newlycommissioned work that will receive its world premiere at the concert.

Other new Christmas works and carol arrangements by American composers Sean Ivory, Jocelyn Hagen, Gwyneth Walker, Stacey Gibbs and Moses Hogan and British composers Cecilia McDowell, James Burton and Phil Stopford will be featured.

Kevin Vaughn accompanies the singers on both organ and piano, and Nancy Menk conducts.

The concert closes with the ensemble’s traditional candle-lit “Silent Night,” arranged by Malcolm Sargent.
