Souper Bowl returns to Art Center of Corpus Christi with 14 soup makers
The 14th annual Souper Bowl will bring 14 businesses, organizations and one school together to feed guests at the Art Center of Corpus Christi Thursday.
General admission tickets are $50 and include one handmade bowl, unlimited soup and complimentary valet parking. VIP tickets are $75 and include everything the general admission ticket provides and early access at 5 p.m.
Tickets can be purchased at the door or at artcentercc.org/souperbowl2024.
Children 12 and under do not require a ticket. They will not receive a handmade bowl but may enjoy soup for free.
The annual fundraiser is an event that benefits the Coastal Bend Food Bank and Art Center of Corpus Christi.
The hundreds of handmade bowls are forged by Barry Brown Clay Studio members from the center. Extra bowls will be available to purchase for an additional price.
Some of the soup makers include Taste at 555, Maggie's Family Kitchen, Provecho Catering, Robstown Early College High School's Culinary Arts Department and JalaPeña's Salsa.
There will also be a cash bar, a pottery pop-up shop and current exhibits.
