Sophia Bush Says She Feels 'Run Over' After a Week of Taking Steroids: 'Is This Normal?'

Bush asked her Instagram followers for advice on "how to make the intense aches go away"

Sophia Bush is seeking advice after experiencing an uncomfortable side effect from taking a medication.

On Saturday, the One Tree Hill actress, 41, shared a picture of herself on her Instagram Story in which she appeared to be lying down in bed with a blanket.

"Okay so a week of steroids means I have my voice back. Also means I feel like I've been ... run over?" Bush captioned the photo. "Is this normal? Anyone have any experience with this/feedback about how to make the intense aches go away?"

By Sunday, however, the John Tucker Must Die star appeared to be feeling better. She shared another selfie on her Instagram Story, this time standing up out of bed. In the image, she wore a black shirt and leggings and flashed a piece sign.

Last month, Bush appeared to be in good spirits when she shared a video on Instagram showing her walking into a board meeting in Detroit with a Jersey Mike's sandwich in her hand.

“'I am who I am, no excuses.' And who I am is a woman that shows up to a four hour board meeting in Detroit, fresh off the plane, with a Jersey Mike’s #7 (no cheese) in hand," she wrote in the caption of the video, adding that she "crushed the meeting."

Back in November, Bush reunited with her One Tree Hill costar Hilarie Burton Morgan, and the pair hilariously recreated an iconic scene from the 2000s WB drama in a TikTok video.

The clip showed Bush acting out her character Brooke Davis' confrontation with best friend Peyton Sawyer (Burton Morgan) after she revealed feelings for Brooke’s boyfriend, Lucas (played by Chad Michael Murray).

"Spent the weekend in Tree Hill with my P. Sawyer," Bush captioned the video. "And ... we just had to."
