Sofia Vergara was living her best life celebrating the holidays with family following reports she might replace Gabrielle Union on “America’s Got Talent.”
The “Modern Family” star shared photos while on vacation with her family. Her husband Joe Manganiello and handsome son Manolo Vergara (who is quite funny on Instagram) were seen celebrating with Sofia.
The actress looked amazing in a strapless sleek dress at dinner. Sofia has quite a bit to celebrate with her finishing “Modern Family” on top and a potential new gig.

According to The Hollywood Reporter Sofia is in talks to replace Gabrielle Union as judge on “America’s Got Talent.”
The actress reportedly met with NBC and Fremantle executives earlier this month. The two discussed her taking over the empty judge spots left by Gabrielle and Julianne Hough. Sofia also talked several other projects with the network.
Sofia would be joining following accusations the set of “America’s Got Talent” was toxic. An investigation has been launched by the network into the allegations.
Sources told the outlet that NBC is still in talks with several potential judges to join season 15. The new judges will join returnees Simon Cowell and Howie Mandel. Sofia recently wrapped up the final season of “Modern Family” leaving her with more time for projects.
The new season of “America’s Got Talent” is set to start filming in March.
Let’s hope Sofia doesn’t have to deal with any drama this holiday. As The Blast first reported, the actress’ ex-fiancé Nick Loeb served her with legal papers the day before Thanksgiving.
Her ex demanded she sit for a deposition in their ongoing battle over frozen embryos. Sofia objected to the request accusing him of harassing in the case. She asked the judge to shut down his request and move her case along.
