Social Media Lead Takes Search Party To California Beach Town In Quest For Missing Teen
Janice and her ex-husband, Wayne’s, 16-year-old daughter, Darbi, left her mother’s home in October 2016, seemingly without a trace. The teenager, who Janice says has been diagnosed with mental health issues had also run away the year before and wound up involved in sex trafficking.

After having been missing for nearly a month, and previously going “dark” on social media, a post appears, indicating that Darbi may be in the Venice Beach area of Los Angeles. Janice, her wife, Shannon, scour the area, as does an investigator who’s been working on behalf of Dr. Phil to find Darbi. They hunt for the teenager at local hangouts, speak to a shopkeeper at her favorite store, and investigate every lead.
