Haley Pullos caused a serious accident on the freeway a few months again. She has now officially been charged with a felony DUI.

The L.A. County District Attorney has charged the General Hospital star for her involvement in the near-fatal DUI in April. She is being charged with one felony count of DUI causing injury, one felony count of driving with a .08 BAC or higher, and one misdemeanor count of hit-and-run.

Yes, she left the scene after driving the wrong way on the freeway and colliding head-on with another vehicle going around 60 mph. The police also noted that she was involved in another hit-and-run on the way to the second hit-and-run.

Pullos has been at General Hospital since 2009, playing Molly Lansing Davis. Fans speculate that she will now be replaced because of this messy business.

Haley Pullos Was ‘Drunk And High At The Same Time

Just as 2Chains raps in the hit “Mercy,” Pullos was possibly drunk and high simultaneously. In the actress’s car were mini tequila bottles, the amount is currently unknown, and edibles. These items were found after her vehicle was searched.

The police also noted that she is rly intoxicated. Her speech was slurring, and her eyes were glassed over. Photos of the crash were released, and they are as brutal as the accident sounded. The 24-year-old pleaded not guilty and has a preliminary hearing scheduled for July.

The accident was so serious that one of the other drivers was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.

Haley Pullos Is Being Sued

The actress is facing more legal action as one of her victims has already said they will be suing the actress for all the harm and damages she has caused. According to Daily Mail, an Oldsmobile driven by a 27-year-old woman was involved in a collision with Pullos.

Further, down the road, the actress hit Courtney Wilder, who is now suing Pullos, saying she drove the wrong way on the off-ramp, and it left him with limited to no time to react when he saw her headlights approaching.

He claims to have sustained lasting injuries, and his car was totaled. He is suing for damages. Soo it doesn’t help that the police found edibles and alcohol in her 2019 Ford or whatever was left.

Haley Pullos In Rehab

Back in May, Pullos was seen at a rehab facility in Malibu. According to Daily Mail, she appeared to be checking in. She was taken there by her father, and the luxury resort costs $2,600 a week!

It’s not looking good for Pullos as Wilder spilled the beans about her nasty behavior while intoxicated. He claimed she hit a firefighter at the scene who was looking at her injuries and yelled, “This is a $400 f*****g shirt!”

He slammed her for getting behind/staying behind the wheel after already being in an incident. According to the victim, she was more concerned with her clothes not being ruined than the safety of others.
