Snoop Dogg's Got Some Words of Support for Federal Employees Not Getting Paid During the Shutdown

"This punk motherf*cker don’t care.”

The government shutdown has been going on for more than two weeks now, and despite Republican suggestions that no one lives paycheck-to-paycheck, things are getting dire for the federal employees who have been working without pay since Christmas. Workers for the TSA are (understandably) calling in sick, and Donald Trump is insisting that he'll keep the government shut down for years if he has to.

There's at least one person out there that's sympathetic to all the people who are being denied a paycheck: Snoop Dogg. In an Instagram video posted over the weekend, the rapper voiced solidarity with the 800,000 people not getting paid, but he also made it clear he didn't have any sympathy for those of them who might still be fans of the president: “If y’all vote for him, y’all some stupid motherfuckers.”

On an unrelated note, members of Congress are still getting paid six-figure salaries despite the shutdown.
