Snoop Dogg Confronted Keegan-Michael Key About His Impression of Him
Keegan-Michael Key visited Live with Kelly and Ryan and revealed that Snoop Dogg confronted him on the set of Pitch Perfect 2. When Key was a cast member on MADtv, he was the resident Snoop impressionist. He and the show did several parodies of Snoop, including “Smoking Too Much Pot” in honor of “Drop It Like It’s Hot.”
Things got a little tense when the two worked on Pitch Perfect 2 together. Knowing about that impression, Snoop walked up to Key and said, “You are a bad, bad boy.”
Key joked that MADtv made him do the impression. Thankfully, the grudge went up in smoke and there wasn’t any lasting beef between the two.
