Kate McKinnon, whose celebrated 11-year stint on Saturday Night Live ended in 2022, is heading back to Studio 8H — this time as headliner.

NBC announced Wednesday that the two-time Emmy winner (and Barbie scene-stealer) will serve as host for the first time on Dec. 16, alongside musical guest Billie Eilish (marking her third time on SNL).

Meanwhile, one week earlier — on Dec. 9 — Adam Driver (Ferrari) will handle hosting duties, with Olivia Rodrigo serving as musical guest. This will mark Driver’s fourth SNL emcee stint and Rodrigo’s second turn as musical guest.

As previously reported, Emma Stone will kick off the first of three new SNLs on Dec. 2, at which point the actress will be inducted into the coveted 5-Timers Club. Singer-songwriter Noah Kahan will make his SNL debut as musical guest that night.

Shortly after exiting SNL at the end of Season 47, McKinnon admitted, “I thought about [leaving] for a very long time, and it was very, very hard. All I ever wanted to do in my whole life was be on Saturday Night Live. So, I did, I loved it, I had the best decade, and then I was just like, ‘My body was tired,’ and I felt like it was time.”

McKinnon’s myriad impersonations over the years included Justin Bieber, Hillary Clinton, Kellyanne Conway, Ellen DeGeneres, Anthony Fauci, Rudy Giuliani, Laura Ingraham and Elizabeth Warren.
