'SNL': Taylor Swift sings 'Three Sad Virgins' and 'All Too Well,' joined by famous friends

A day after re-releasing her fourth album "Red," Taylor Swift performed the new 10-minute version of her song "All Too Well" as the musical guest on "Saturday Night Live" and also appeared in a comedy video singing about a trio of "sad virgins" alongside cast member Pete Davidson.

Greeted by rousing cheers from the audience, Swift sang "All Too Well" from "Red (Taylor's Version)" with the short film, of the same name, that she directed starring Dylan O'Brien and Sadie Sink as the backdrop. The song, which originally appeared on the 2012 "Red" album, has long been suspected by fans to be inspired by the brief period when Swift dated actor Jake Gyllenhaal.

And after her performance, Colin Jost opened "Weekend Update" with a quip about the rumored connection: "Well, guys, I think the lesson we all earned this week is to never break up with Taylor Swift or she will sing about you for 10 minutes on national television. At the very least, return the scarf."

Swift also had a cameo alongside Davidson in a new video created by New York-based sketch troupe Please Don't Destroy (Martin Herlihy, John Higgins, and Ben Marshall).

Titled "Three Sad Virgins," the video featured Davidson rapping about his high-profile celebrity life and hanging with cool and famous friends "except for these three sad virgins."

Herlihy, Higgins and Marshall take offense at being labeled as such to hilarious effect and freak out that when they realize this "parody" music video is actually about them. Just when they haven't been humiliated enough, Davidson brings Swift in to roast them all.

She starts by singing that Marshall resembles a "sad Ron Weasley, he looks like if Big Bird lost all his feathers." Swift then takes Herlihy to musical task for "having the charm and the sex appeal of a scarecrow," admits that Higgins has a large "bowling-ball head" ("How does he stay upright with that big fat melon?"), and also points out that "none of them have the guts to take their shirts off in front of a girl.”

She croons and dances to the catchy repeated chorus of "three sad virgins" before sticking in the last nail: "And they’re going to die alone.”

Following her "SNL" appearance, Swift was joined backstage and at the show's afterparty by a myriad of famous friends: Selena Gomez, Blake Lively, Ryan Reynolds, Sink, Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner, Anya Taylor-Joy and Cara Delevingne stopped by, according to social media posts and paparazzi shots.
