SNL: Joseph Gordon-Levitt Hypnotizes as the Son of the Most Interesting Man in the World

Joseph Gordon-Levitt brought his A-game— and some very strangely shaved facial hair — for his first time hosting Saturday Night Live.

In the most memorable sketches of the evening, The Dark Knight Rises actor played the son of the Dos Equis beer's faux spokesman, the self-styled Most Interesting Man in the World. Among his special abilities? He can make a woman cringe just by entering a room and he can almost do a 180 on his razor scooter. So why did he make Tres Equis Beer? "Because he was never there for me":

Gordon-Levitt then played a hypnotist who may or may not have hypnotized an audience member into undressing and acting like a T-Rex and may or may not have ruined the life of said audience member:

He then played a scarf designer-turned-Unstankable clothing line designer who stopped by "The Finer Things" talk show to talk about London Fashion Week and, among other things, Helmut Lang's "scardigan." He also brought a pricey piece of Hermes swag for rappers and hosts Suede and Fort Knox. How many cappuccinos would you give it?:

New cast member Kate McKinnon, who joined SNL at the end of last season, won over many new fans during "Weekend Update." With her impression of Ann Romney, she defended husband Mitt Romney against Republican critics (Ron Paul "is a lunatic who doesn't understand how voting works") and talked about how hard it is to be a Republican. "If you're a Democrat, you get to eat with cool people like George Clooney. If you're a Republican, you get to shake Jon Voight's cold lizard hand." And look at how her hair moves!:
