Cameo appearances are officially becoming the trend on Saturday Night Live, after host and musical guest Bad Bunny got help from three big names during his appearance on Saturday.

The sketch comedy show returned post-writers’ strike last week with host Pete Davidson getting assists from Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce, aka Swelce, and generating plenty of buzz in the process. This time it was Bad Bunny’s turn, and the 29-year-old Puerto Rican rapper tapped actor Pedro Pascal and musicians Mick Jagger and Lady Gaga to give him a hand.

Here’s a look at the night’s biggest and bad bunniest moments.

Pedro Pascal pays a visit

Pascal, recent star of both The Mandalorian and The Last of Us, first appeared when Bad Bunny brought the actor out during his monologue under the guise that English is not Bad Bunny’s “first language,” and he wanted Pascal to help translate the Spanish portions.

Although Pascal didn’t seem to be very accurate with his translations, turning a phrase about Bad Bunny’s morning in New York into, “He says, 'I'm blessed to be here with my favorite actor Pedro Pascal.’”

Pascal, who hosted an SNL episode to much fanfare back in February of this year, also brought back a character from that appearance in which he plays an overprotective mom. This time Bad Bunny was there as the overprotective aunt.

Later in the night, Pascal also introduced Bad Bunny’s performance of the song “Monaco.”

Mick Jagger rolls through

Jagger, best known as the lead singer of the Rolling Stones, returned to SNL for the first time since making a cameo back in 1986. This time he appeared dressed as a nun for a sketch about a convent meeting that was dubbed Sister Act 3 at the end.

Jagger also showed up at the end of a telenovela spoof where he settles a fight with a few slaps of his hand.

Lady Gaga’s guest appearance

Lady Gaga, in a move similar to her fellow pop star Swift’s last week, appeared only to introduce a song. In this case, after throwing some love to “Nueva York” and “Puerto Rico,” Gaga announced the Bad Bunny song “Un Preview.”

Fred Armisen returns

Former SNL cast member Fred Armisen also made a cameo appearance on this week’s episode in a pre-recorded sketch that aired early in the show called “The Age of Discovery.” In it, Armisen and cast member Mikey Day play explorers who are showing off their latest discoveries to the king and prince, played by Bad Bunny and Marcello Hernández, respectively.

Opening sketch jumps on Jordan

Aside from all the notable cameos, SNL has also made headlines with its cold open sketch, which went after Ohio congressman Jim Jordan and his third and final failed vote to become the next speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives.

With Day starring as Jordan, he interacts with Donald Trump (played by James Austin Johnson), Republican U.S. Rep. George Santos (Bowen Yang) and Lauren Boebert (Chloe Fineman).

Weekend Update brings out Jada

Some of the night’s biggest laughs once again came from Weekend Update, where hosts Colin Jost and Michael Che commented on stories like a woman raising awareness about her water allergy, a three-year-old becoming the youngest person to visit every National Park, a man punching a kangaroo and more.

Plus the hosts got a visit from Ego Nwodim’s Jada Pinkett Smith, a celebrity who has certainly been in the news lately. And she delivered one of the best lines of the night when asked why she and Will Smith haven’t gotten a divorce.

“I have principles, Michael. If we got divorced, he could mess around and end up happy!” she said.

Saturday Night Live airs Saturdays at 11:30 p.m. on NBC.
