Actor, comedian, one-time Kardashian paramour and, apparently, fried chicken fan Pete Davidson stopped by the Bud's Chicken & Seafood on Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach on Sunday, Aug. 6.

The Saturday Night Live alum and star of movies and shows including "The King of Staten Island," "Bupkis" and, most recently, "Transformers: Rise of the Beasts," visited the restaurant at around 4 p.m.

Workers said he was with another man and that Davidson ordered the chicken finger dinner. They said they dined inside the restaurant.

They added that he was incredibly nice and was more than willing to pose for pictures with them.

The Improv Comedy Theater in Dania Beach's website shows the star performed there on Aug. 1 doing a show called "Working Out New Material" and that both shows that night were sold out.

He's next slated to perform with Jon Mulaney and John Stewart in a show called Jon, John & Pete on Aug. 9 in Bethlehem, Pennylvania.

What drew the megastar to Bud's we may never know, but for locals and many fried chicken fans it's been one of the go-to spots for great fried chicken and seafood for nearly 70 years.

Started in 1957 by Bud Brinkman, and still family-owned and operated, Bud's is a South Florida institution.

Beginning with just one store that featured takeout only, Bud's grew and now has six eateries spread throughout Palm Beach County.

In addition to fried chicken and seafood, Bud's rocks the corn fritters, crinkle cut fries, coleslaw, salads and more.

Since its beginnings, Bud’s has been a family-oriented business with close ties to Palm Beach County.
