Will Smith’s rep has refuted “completely fabricated” allegations by ex-assistant Brother Bilaal, who claims that the actor was caught having sex with Duane Martin years ago.

Bilaal shared the story about his “former friend” while interviewing on a recent podcast episode of Unwine With Tasha K. In a promo clip for the episode that airs Wednesday (Nov. 15), Bilaal detailed that while looking for Smith one day at a studio, he finally found him in Martin’s room “having anal sex.”

“I’m holding Duane down too, so I have the keys to his dressing room,” he explained. “I’m on the Walkie-Talkie and they calling my cell phone, ‘Yo we need to get Will here, I’m like ‘Yo, calm the f**k down I’m trying to find [him] … this is unlike him right? So I open the door to Duane’s dressing room and that’s when I see Duane having anal sex with Will.”

Further painting a picture of what he allegedly saw, he added, “There was a couch and Will was bent over on the couch and Duane was standing up killing him, like murdering him. I was like a deer in headlights and then I finally said, ‘Oh sh*t.'”

According to Smith’s team, Bilaal’s sentiments are “completely fabricated” and “unequivocally false.” Per TMZ, the Oscar winner is also “considering taking legal action,” over the comments made.

Neither Smith or Martin have personally commented on the remarks.

The Independence Day lead and Real Husbands of Hollywood star have both married esteemed actresses. Smith has been married to Jada Pinkett Smith since 1997 and Martin tied the knot with Tisha Campbell in 1996. However, the two filed for divorce in 2019.

As The Smith’s have publicly acknowledged their marital woes over the last few months, Bilaal alleged that Pinkett Smith wasn’t sexually attracted to her husband, as his genitals are allegedly the size of a “pinky toe.”

He also claimed that Smith would try to make up for what he allegedly lacked by buying the Set It Off star fancy things.

Tasha K included videos and pictures of Bilaal and Smith posing together in the past as “friends.”

The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star recently responded to headlines regarding his marriage via The New York Times. Speaking on his wife’s memoir Worthy, Will shared his support.

“When you’ve been with someone for more than half of your life, a sort of emotional blindness sets in,” he said. “You can all too easily lose your sensitivity to their hidden nuances and subtle beauties.”

He added that he hadn’t realized that his wife “lived a life more on the edge” and is “more resilient, clever and compassionate” than he’d understood before reading the book.
