At the time of writing, there has been no official word on a second Skull Island season being in production or even being considered by Netflix. However, if the show does get a second season approved, then it could arrive as early as late 2024.

For now, we await confirmation from Netflix that Skull Island season 2 is indeed in the works. Usually, Netflix waits to assess how successful a new show has been before committing to a new season. With Skull Island having only just released (only June 22), there could be a relatively long wait before fans find out if there will be a season 2.
