Professional skateboarder Nyjah Huston is suing a man who he claims was a "cracked-out zombie" for allegedly assaulting him following a Los Angeles house party.

According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, Huston says a person named Alexander Pou attacked him in a "drug-fueled rage" at the guy's residence. The skateboarder describes the incident in great detail in his lawsuit, describing how he was punched and assaulted by him.

On June 5, 2022, Huston claims he was invited to Pou's residence for a party and provided expensive high-end DJ and sound equipment for the shindig. After leaving the party, Nyjah says he graciously left the equipment at the house so everyone could continue to enjoy it. The next day, the boarder and his friends stopped back by the house to pick up the sound system.

"Once inside, Huston and his friend immediately observed that Pou (who Huston did not know), had a nitrous “whippet” in hand (drug paraphernalia), was severely drug-impaired, and highly agitated. A female in the house also appeared severely drug-impaired, but not agitated," the lawsuit reads. Adding, "When Huston asked if his sound equipment was still there from the night before, Pou went from agitated to enraged, screaming to the effect: 'ARE YOU CALLING ME A THIEF!' 'ARE YOU CALLING ME A LIAR!'"

The skateboarder says he tried to diffuse the situation but Pou's rage was "out of control." He claims that he "decided it was a good time to leave to avoid an incident with "cracked out" Pou, and decided they would come back later to check on his equipment when he was not so "drug-impaired, agitated, or threatening."

Unfortunately, Huston says the man started to puff out his chest, arms and fists clenched, and "aggressively strutting like The Hulk closer towards Huston and his friend from behind."

"Huston thus immediately responded to agitated Pou’s loud verbal threats from behind by turning around to face Pou, approaching him, and defensively stopping his threatening advance by grabbing Pou’s shoulders with both hands and pushing Pou back against the vehicle. Huston never struck Pou, as Huston was protecting a pre-existing wrist injury," the lawsuit states.

It should be noted, Alexander filed his own lawsuit against the skateboarder claiming he was the real victim in this case. Interestingly, Pou tells a similar story but says it was Huston who "suddenly and without warning" began attacking him after the duo couldn't find the items Nyjah came to retrieve. Also, he says the skateboarder's driver tried to run him over with a vehicle.

In Huston's description of the fight, he describes pleading with a "drug-impaired Pou" to "stop and calm down, and/or trying to stop him from his threatening advances in defense of all others present. All the while, the terrified female passengers inside the vehicle were screaming and pleading for “cracked-out zombie” Pou to stop and just let them leave."

The lawsuit reads, "Huston was already inside and closing the front passenger door when Pou lunged in, preventing Huston from closing the car door, and began punching lunging and wildly at Huston. Huston was then fending off Pou’s blows, trying repeatedly to push Pou back with the vehicle door as a shield, and finally closed it. Once Huston closed the door, Pou went back inside the residence."

Also, Nyjah makes allegations in the legal documents that Pou is a "recently released convicted drug offender on probation" and was witnessed by other people to be in "a drug-fueled rage “like a ‘cracked out zombie’ or ‘on a hot one.’”

As for the vehicle issue, Huston's lawyer writes, "Believing the incident to be over, the driver and another male present were ensuring the female with Pou would be ok before leaving. Pou then came outside again, unprovoked, still in a rage, and again screaming and strutting around the front of the vehicle while threateningly pointing inside at Huston. Before Pou could get around the front of the vehicle to the passenger side to Huston, the vehicle began inching away. Pou thus turned back and stepped back in front of the vehicle causing it to stop to avoid him, while Pou was still threateningly pointing inside at Huston. All the while, female passengers in the car were terrified by relentless “cracked out zombie” Pou, pleading and screaming for Pou to please stop and just let them all leave. When Pou stepped out of the way, the vehicle departed."

In the end, the skateboarder is suing for assault, battery, false imprisonment, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. He is suing for at least $3 million in damages.
