Sixers forward Tobias Harris ranked the 56th best player in the NBA

With the 2022-23 NBA season right around the corner, now is the time for some rankings. It is time for everybody to decide where each player ranks in the league as the new season continues to approach.

The Philadelphia 76ers have some of the top talent in the league led by a star duo in Joel Embiid and James Harden, a rising star in Tyrese Maxey, and a versatile forward in Tobias Harris. Therefore, they will have representatives on a lot of top rankings lists heading into the new season.

ESPN has put together their NBARank list for the season and they have listed Harris as the 56th best player in the league after a strong end to the season for him in 2021-22.

ESPN on Harris:

Over the final two months of last season, Harris settled into a groove playing alongside midseason acquisition James Harden and arguably played the best basketball of his career. But on a team where he is now arguably the fourth scoring option, can he continue to handle that sort of role over the course of a full season? (Harris will also spend more time at small forward due to the arrival of PJ Tucker.)

Harris averaged 17.2 points and 6.8 rebounds in the 2021-22 season and he shot 40% from deep after the All-Star break once Harden joined the team. His ability to adjust to new roles on the fly has been impressive for him and he will have to adjust yet again in the 2022-23 season with the arrival of PJ Tucker.
