A heartbroken Janelle took to Instagram to confirm the devastating news of her son's death. Alongside two photos of Garrison dressed in his military uniform and on the field, the reality star wrote:

"Kody and I are deeply saddened to announce the loss of our beautiful boy Robert Garrison Brown. He was a bright spot in the lives of all who knew him."

The grieving matriarch noted that her son's "loss will leave such a big hole in our lives that it takes our breath away." She concluded, asking fans to "please respect our privacy and join us in honoring his memory."

As we previously reported, Janelle's son reportedly passed away on Tuesday in Flagstaff, AZ, where he lived by himself. Authorities showed up at his home in the morning after they were informed that a death had happened. The 25-year-old was declared dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.

The police believe all this points to a possible suicide. Garrison's brother Gabriel was the one who found his lifeless body but there was no suicide note left behind. No foul play is suspected, but an investigation is already underway to get to the root of the unfortunate death.

Garrison regularly appeared on his parents' hit reality show "Sister Wives" since 2010. However, he reduced his appearance recently after enlisting to join the National Guard.

He moved out of the family house in Utah during the COVID-19 pandemic and bought his Arizona home in 2021, where he has since been living.
