Japan marked on March 11 the 10th anniversary of an earthquake and tsunami that killed more than 15,000 people, and triggered a nuclear meltdown in Fukushima.
The video was shot at Tsuruga Castle in the Fukushima prefecture city of Aizuwakamatsu. Sirens and a castle bell can be heard.
