Simply Texas Blues Festival kicks off Memorial Day weekend

SAN ANGELO, Texas (Concho Valley Homepage) — The 15th annual Simply Texas Blues Festival is in full swing on May 25th, running until 10 p.m.

Leah from Illumination Dragon shared the excitement, saying, “I’m out here at the 15th annual blues festival here in downtown. We have bands going, we have vendors out here. We just finished up the car show, still have the cook-off going, and we have the band starting to perform around 4 p.m. We have nine food trucks with some lemonade. So come on out and see us. We have dogs for adoption. It’s a free event on Memorial Day weekend.”

Attendees can enjoy live music, sample a variety of food from the trucks, and even consider adopting a new furry friend. The festival promises a fun and lively start to the Memorial Day weekend for the community.
