Simon Cowell is showing off a brand-new body, which he attributes to his strict adherence to a vegan diet.

He's Lost 20 Pounds With His New Diet

Through his efforts, Cowell has lost about 20 pounds and says he feels great. He no longer eats meat, sugar, dairy, or wheat. His doctor said he could have some alcohol now and then, and that apparently made Simon happy.

Cowell Made Some Diet Changes After a Fall

Cowell, 59, had some reason to be concerned, after he suffered a fall in 2017 while getting up in the middle of the night. He had been dealing with insomnia and had gotten up to get some milk when he took a tumble down the stairs and was transported to the hospital. He says that incident was a wake-up call for him.

“Sometimes we get a reminder that we’re not invincible and this was certainly mine. It was a huge shock," he says.

His Face Looks Markedly Different Than Before

A lot of people are also commenting on Cowell's "new face," his unnaturally white teeth (which look like veneers) and eyes that appear to be oozing down his face.
