Simon Cowell has fans very concerned.

The former “American Idol” alum showed off a new look recently and it’s caused absolute chaos on social media.

Simon Cowell’s Face Alarms Fans!

He recently appeared in a new video for “Britain’s Got Talent,” and the face transformation is alarming!

During the video, Cowell encouraged future and potential contestants to get in touch in order to audition for ‘BGT.’

Did He Go Hannibal Lector On Himself?

“Simon Cowell looks like he’s skinned someone alive. And is wearing their face,” one person tweeted.

“Simon Cowell’s face looks like if George Michael’s corpse was playable character in Goldeneye,” another added.

One person relished on how hot he used to look writing, “Simon Cowell’s face actually looks like it’s melting. It’s sad because I use to find him hot 😂😂.”

“What the merry hell has Simon Cowell done to his face???” one questioned.

“Simon Cowell looks like he misunderstood ‘chestnuts roasting on an open fire’ and roasted his face instead,” one Twitter user joked.

Another person joked, “The Botox on Simon Cowell’s face looks horrific. No one can escape aging no matter how hard you try.”

His E-Biking Accident Propelled The Face Fillers

The once-critical judge got into a horrible e-biking accident in 2020, and he also admitted his face fillers scared his son.

He opened up to The Sun about how his cosmetic procedures were impacting his life and his relationship with his son.

The fillers got so out of hand that Cowell admitted that he didn’t recognize himself.

“There was a stage where I might have gone a bit too far. I saw a picture of me from ‘before’ the other day and didn’t recognize it as me, first of all,” he told the outlet. “Eric was in hysterics. Enough was enough. There is no filler in my face at all now. Zero.”

He compared his former look to a “horror film.”

Kids say the darndest things!

Cowell added, “There was a phase where everyone was having their faces pumped full of this and the other. But actually, for me now, a lot of it comes down to healthy eating and drinking tons of water.”

This revelation came after the British celebrity was involved in multiple bicycle accidents.

He told The Sun, “I considered therapy for the first time when I broke my back because I was very, very, very, low. I felt very depressed because I didn’t know how to explain it to Eric. I couldn’t do all the things I wanted to with him. I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to walk again, to ever play football with him. That was a low point.”

In February, the “X Factor” judge had a second brush with death.

He was spotted sporting a yellow cast on Tuesday, February 1.

This is not the first time he has taken a spill from an e-bike, because he did so in August 2020 as well, breaking his back.

E-Bikes & Cowell Don't Mix!

Cowell caught up with the Daily Mail and he admitted how silly it is that he got into yet ANOTHER e-bike crash.

“I’m a bit of a nutter,” he said. “I’m feeling much better, thank you.”

Paps caught him out walking with his fiancée, Lauren Silverman, in London not far from the bike crash scene.

He assured the photographer, “I’ll definitely wear a helmet next time.”

You know the saying, “Once bitten, twice as shy,” well in Cowell’s case it’s “Twice bitten and time to give it up.”

He admitted he may stop e-biking all together given this is his second accident.

He was helped by strangers before someone called emergency services and the paramedic rushed him to the hospital.

At the time of his 2020 e-bike accident, Cowell broke his back in three places and had to undergo a six-hour surgery to correct his spine. He had a metal rod installed in his back.

He took to Instagram to post. “Some good advice… If you buy an electric trail bike, read the manual before you ride it for the first time. I have broken part of my back. Thank you to everyone for your kind messages. And a massive thank you to all the nurses and doctors. Some of the nicest people I have ever met. Stay safe everyone.”

The big takeaway from Cowell’s second brush with death… WEAR A HELMET!
