Sheryl Lee Ralph Gives Powerful and Inspirational Acceptance Speech at 2023 Critics Choice Awards

Sheryl Lee Ralph is preaching self-love. The 66-year-old actress won Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her role in ABC's "Abbott Elementary" at the 2023 Critic's Choice Awards. In Sheryl's speech, she spoke about what it was like dealing with rejection, but gave a shout out to the late Sydney poitier, who did recognize her talent.
