Sheryl Lee Ralph is preaching self-love. The 66-year-old actress won Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her role in ABC's "Abbott Elementary" at the 2023 Critic's Choice Awards. In Sheryl's speech, she spoke about what it was like dealing with rejection, but gave a shout out to the late Sydney poitier, who did recognize her talent. She also thanked her fellow cast and crew, including Quinta Brunson and Tyler James Williams, before telling viewers at home to love themselves.
