Shereé Whitfield Responds After She by Shereé Website Crashes Following Fashion Show

After 14 long years, we finally got to see the She by Shereé fashion show on the September 4 episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. The best part? This time, there was actually fashion! Shereé Whitfield debuted “a total of 24 looks, plus a few extras” on the runway, and people were impressed.

“That’s cute, I like it,” Kenya Moore gushed as a model wearing a beige pair of joggers and a matching cropped bomber jacket made her way down the runway. In an interview during the episode, Kandi Burruss pleaded, “Please have a way for us to purchase, because I do see some things that I will be buying.”

It seems the public agreed with Kandi. Following the show’s airing, people flocked to the She by Shereé website, causing it to crash — which then meant no one was able to buy anything. After the incident, Shereé took to her Instagram Stories to address the backlash.

“Due to the overwhelming interest in She by Shereé, the influx of love is crashing the website,” she wrote. “But please understand [it’s] being worked on so continue to check back in within the next 24 hours. We [are] working to get this quickly resolved. We wish to serve you soon. Thank you for your interest.” (As of publish time, the crash had not yet been resolved.)

Still, it seems there was one (very important) person who was able to snag a coveted piece from the fashionista’s line. Andy Cohen took to Instagram to show off his logo hoodie from the brand. “He... by Shereé,” he quipped in the caption.

During the September 4 episode, Shereé opened up about her collection debuting on the runway after so much anticipation. “It’s definitely a different feeling than I felt 14 years ago,” she shared. “It’s more intense this time. [There’s] so much more riding on today... but I also have clothes!” She added of filling the 200-person audience: “This is the hottest ticket in town. Every time I turn around, someone wants to bring a plus-one or wants to be added to the list that’s not even on the list.”
